Here's A Revolutionary Diet That Will Have The Excess Pounds Just Dropping Away!

Summer has come and with it the need to look great and be teeming with self-confidence at the beach.  One simple diet will help you lose between 20 to 33 pounds in just three weeks.  Want to try it? Let's go!

Here is the weekly menu.  During the second and third weeks simply repeat the menu, and enjoy the results.

(This menu is a recommendation only, and you should consult with a qualified dietician before changing your diet.)

 

 

Day 1

Breakfast: One cup of coffee

Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, spinach salad or cooked carrots with a little olive oil, one tomato (or one glass of tomato juice) without salt.

Dinner: 7 to 9 ounce steak or spring chicken, fresh vegetable salad (cabbage, beets, carrots) with olive oil.

 

Day 2

Breakfast: One cup of coffee and a slice of toast

Lunch: 4 ounce steak, fresh vegetable salad (cabbage, beets, carrots)

Dinner: 7 ounces of meat, non-fat chicken or fish, a glass of yoghurt or similar

 

Day 3

Breakfast: One cup of coffee and a slice of toast

Lunch: One carrot, beet or celery root fried in olive oil, one tomato (or a glass of tomato juice), one tangerine or plum, 1 to 2 oranges

Dinner: Same as lunch

 

Day 4

Breakfast: One cup of coffee

Lunch: A hard-boiled egg, 3 cooked carrots (which can be made into a salad with olive oil), 150 grams of cheese

Dinner: Fruit salad (no bananas)

 

Day 5

Breakfast: Fresh shredded carrots with lemon juice

Lunch: 1 pound cooked or baked fish, 1 tomato (or tomato juice)

Dinner: Small steak, fresh vegetable salad.  You can use cabbage, beets, carrots, cucumbers and peppers.

 

Day 6

Breakfast: One cup of coffee

Lunch: 1 pound oven baked chicken

Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, shredded carrots, a cup of tea

 

Day 7

Breakfast: A cup of tea

Lunch: 5 to 7 ounces of veal or beef, baked or cooked, one apple

Dinner: Like lunch

 



 

During the diet, you will not feel pangs of hunger, since the meals are quite large and hearty.  Also, eating meat and vegetables with olive oil will provide your body with all of the vitamins and minerals it needs.
